Yo! I'm Jason. You can call me "Veez" if you like. I'm from the Washington, D.C. area. My parents are from the South, and I grew up in a highly diverse neighborhood, so I heard dozens of languages, accents, and dialects during those formative years, which makes me pretty damn good at tones and inflection. I'm a dad to three daughters, husband-of-the-century to Mrs. Veazey, a dog father, an Army veteran, and a lifelong learner.
For the past 30 years, I've been a professional voice actor while working full-time in broadcast media, voicing commercials, promos, narration, and live events. About 3 years ago, I decided to get focused on my outreach, and things have taken off. My colleagues nominated me for four OneVoice awards at the conference in Dallas last August and I won a SOVAS Award for Best Radio Imaging Voiceover at the 2026 SOVAS Awards Gala. A fun milestone I achieved recently- I got to voice Benjamin J. Grimm AKA The Thing in an episode of "Avengers Assemble" on the Marvel HQ YouTube Channel.
